Meditative Massage is an integrative style of bodywork that facilitates the evolution of consciousness. In the context of a deeply therapeutic relationship, we begin with mindfulness and radical acceptance of reality as it is. This opens the doorway to greater wholeness and well being. Then, by combining massage techniques that relax and rejuvenate the body with meditative practices that quiet and concentrate the mind, we enter into the spaciousness of present moment awareness. As we abide in this stillness, peace and joy arise in our being connecting us to the wellspring of goodness deep within. This is both healing and transformative. We bring these gifts out into the world with a greater understanding that every moment contains the opportunity to awaken.
