Legal Considerations

StillRiver Health LLC is a referral network designed to streamline [contracted] practitioner interaction. StillRiver Health LLC is not associated with or responsible for the actions, claims, or methods utilized by the independent contractors, nor does it govern any of these parameters for its contractors.

While the practitioners contracted by StillRiver Health LLC are qualified (certified or licensed) in the area of their stated expertise, they are not licensed physicians, and do not claim to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition.

The title "Doctor [Dr.] is reserved for nationally licensed Medical Doctors (MDs), Naturopathic Doctors (ND), Chiropractors (DC), or Doctors of Osteopathy (DO), depending on the state of their licensure. Contracted practitioners must not be even implicitly referred to as "doctors."

Each contractor is responsible for their own liability, actions, and claims, and is expected to be individually insured separate from StillRiver Health LLC.

StillRiver is not endorsed by, or financially supported by the institution of Naropa University.
